Over the past four years, I have had the opportunity to intern with companies that offered hands-on learning experiences. These experiences have enriched my academic projects and equipped me with the skills and confidence to embrace every new opportunity that comes my way.
CTP - Boston, MA
As a Public Relations Intern at CTP in Boston, I actively contributed to client communications through hands-on work with press releases, media list development, and campaign support.
I played a key role in aligning messaging with growth strategies by drafting content and conducting daily industry research. One of my core contributions was monitoring media coverage and trends to keep clients informed and ahead of the curve.

As a Research Coordinator Intern at WHOOP, I was able to combine research with my curiosity for human performance and health.
As a research coordinator, I executed a variety of data collection initiatives with a focus on health and biometric research. During data collection, I was able to create a supportive environment for participants and connect with many people who share the same curiosity as I do.
NEW YORK YACHT CLUB - newport ri
In the Summer of 2023, I had the amazing opportunity to work for the New York Yacht Club in Newport, RI. Spending the summer not only gaining marketing communication strategies but a new found love for sailing and the community that comes with it.
As the Marketing Communications Intern, I served as the primary manager of NYYC’s social media pages - from post regatta highlights to on the water coverage of some of the most highlighted regatta’s in the sailing world. One of my favorite projects was contributing to the New York Yacht Club Rolex Invitational Cup PR plan over the course of the summer, from developing detailed team profiles, to media outreach, all while finding a way to tell the story of this bi-yearly event.
